* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying
and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. Low-water
crossings are inundated with water and may not be passable.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 617 AM EDT, radar and automated rain gauges indicated heavy
rain. Flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the
warned area. Between 1.5 and 3 inches of rain have fallen.
Additional rainfall amounts up to 0.5 inches are possible.
- Some locations that may experience flooding include...
Columbus, Dublin, Grove City, Upper Arlington, Hilliard,
Pickerington, Worthington, Jefferson, Canal Winchester,
Groveport, West Jefferson, Ashville, Mount Sterling, South
