* IMPACTS...At 11.0 feet, Custenborder Field has some flooding of
perimeter areas, along with flooding occurring in low spots on
Miami River Road.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 3:30 AM EDT Thursday the stage was 11.0 feet.
- Forecast...The river is near crest. It will then fall below flood
stage this afternoon.
- Flood stage is 10.0 feet.
