* WHAT...Urban areas and small streams flooding caused by excessive
rainfall is expected.

Southwestern Harrison County in east central Ohio...
Northwestern Monroe County in east central Ohio...
Northeastern Noble County in east central Ohio...
Southeastern Tuscarawas County in east central Ohio...

* WHEN...Until 230 PM EDT.

* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying
and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. Numerous roads
remain closed due to flooding. Streams continue to rise due to
excess runoff from earlier rainfall.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 1058 AM EDT, emergency management reported widespread roadway
flooding and elevated tributaries in the warned area due to
thunderstorms. Flooding is already occurring. Between 2 and 3
inches of rain have fallen.
- Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Barnesville, Freeport, Bethesda, Antrim, Flushing, Quaker City,
Belmont, Holloway, Morristown, Old Washington, Salesville,
Wilson, Piedmont, Somerton, Fairview, Batesville, Birmingham,
Seneca Lake Park and Piedmont Lake.
