Noble County in east central Ohio...

* WHEN...Until 700 AM EDT Tuesday.

* IMPACTS...Numerous roads remain closed due to flooding.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 922 PM EDT, Gauge reports and local law enforcement reported
road closures due to recent heavy rainfall. Between 2 and 3
inches of rain have fallen.
- Additional rainfall is not expected tonight, though creeks and
streams continue to run high resulting in some road closures.
- Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Caldwell, Dudley, Belle Valley, Sarahsville, Dexter City,
Stafford, Harriettsville and Wolf Run State Park.
