* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying
and flood-prone locations is occurring.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 846 PM EDT, emergency management reported numerous lingering
high water issues across the warned area due to prior heavy rain.
Flooding is ongoing. Between 1 and 2.5 inches of rain fell
earlier.
- Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Clarksburg, Bridgeport, Stonewood, Nutter Fort, Salem, Pennsboro,
Lumberport, West Union, Anmoore, Canton, Center Point, Smithburg,
Sedalia, Wolf Summit, Mountain, Wick, Hebron, Meadowbrook and
Despard.
- This includes the following highways...
Interstate 79 between mile markers 119 and 121. Route 50 in West
Virginia between mile markers 49 and 82.
