- At 806 PM EDT, emergency management reported high water in a few
locations across the warned area due to prior heavy rainfall.
Flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly. Between 1 and 2
inches of rain fell earlier.

Athens, Nelsonville, Glouster, Chauncey, Buchtel, Jacksonville,
