...The Flood Warning continues for the following rivers in Indiana...
Driftwood River near Edinburgh.
East Fork White River at Seymour.
.Rainfall of up to ten plus inches last week from northwest Indiana
to east central Indiana to southeast Indiana has brought widespread
flooding to much of central and southern Indiana.
The crest has occurred on the Driftwood River at Edinburgh, and the
river level is expected to continue falling for the foreseeable
future. The East Fork White River crest at about moderate flood
stage of 17 feet is beginning to move past Seymour. The river is
expected to fall for the foreseeable future.
Additional rain is possible overnight tonight, followed by
decreasing clouds Monday and dry weather.
* WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast.
* WHERE...East Fork White River at Seymour.
* WHEN...Until early Thursday afternoon.
* IMPACTS...At 17.0 feet, Flooding becomes more extensive. Although
this level is fairly frequent, many local and state roads flood.
Seymour gravel pit begins to flood. Livestock and equipment must
be relocated to higher ground. High water surrounds river
residences near Rockford. CR 760 E south of river gaging station
is impassable.

- At 7:45 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 16.8 feet.
- Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours
ending at 7:45 PM EDT Sunday was 17.0 feet.
- Forecast...The river is expected to fall below flood stage
early Thursday morning and continue falling and remain below
flood stage.
