* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.

* WHERE...Southern Morgan County in southeastern Ohio...
Southeastern Perry County in southeastern Ohio...
Northern Washington County in southeastern Ohio...
West Central Tyler County in northern West Virginia...
Northwestern Pleasants County in northwestern West Virginia...

* WHEN...Until 1230 PM EDT.

* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying
and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. Streams
continue to rise due to excess runoff from earlier rainfall.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 633 AM EDT, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated
heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Flooding is already occurring in
the warned area. Between 1 and 2 inches of rain have fallen.
- Flooding impacts will continue, but no additional rainfall is
expected.
- Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Marietta, Beverly, Matamoras, Lowell, Stockport, Macksburg, Lower
Salem, Devola and New Matamoras.
- This includes Interstate 77 in Ohio between mile markers 4 and
17.
