Northwestern Washington County in southeastern Ohio...

* WHEN...Until 445 PM EDT Sunday.

* IMPACTS...Expect many areas of slow moving or standing water.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 1011 AM EDT, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated
heavy rain due to thunderstorms fell earlier. Flooding is already
occurring in the warned area. Between 1.5 and 2.5 inches of rain
have fallen.
- Flooding impacts will continue, but no additional rainfall is
expected.
- Some locations that will experience flooding include...
McConnelsville, Malta, Bristol, Eagleport and Hackney.
