The National Weather Service in Charleston has issued a

* Flash Flood Warning for...
Northeastern Cabell County in central West Virginia...
Southwestern Mason County in western West Virginia...
West Central Putnam County in western West Virginia...

* Until 1030 PM EDT.

* At 735 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing
heavy rain across the warned area. Between 1 and 1.7 inches of rain
have fallen. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin
shortly.

HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, urban areas,
highways, streets and underpasses as well as other poor
drainage and low-lying areas.

* Some locations that will experience flash flooding include...
Hurricane, Eleanor, Buffalo, Culloden, Teays Valley, Fraziers
Bottom and Ashton.

This includes Interstate 64 in West Virginia between mile markers 32
and 37.
