For the Nueces River...including Cotulla, Tilden, Three Rivers,
Mathis, Bluntzer, Calallen...Major flooding is forecast.

* WHAT...Moderate flooding is occurring and moderate flooding is
forecast.

* WHERE...Nueces River near Tilden.

* WHEN...Until Wednesday evening.

* IMPACTS...At 18.0 feet, The flooding of livestock, roads,
irrigation pumps and tank batteries occurs. Fences and hunting
cabins are damaged.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 7:30 AM CDT Monday the stage was 18.3 feet.
- Bankfull stage is 11.0 feet.
- Forecast...The river is expected to fall below flood stage
Wednesday afternoon and continue falling to 6.4 feet Saturday
morning.
- Flood stage is 14.0 feet.
