* At 826 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado
was located over Walton, moving northeast at 25 mph.
HAZARD...Tornado.
SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation.
IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without
shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed.
Damage to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur. Tree
damage is likely.

Covington, Florence, Independence, Erlanger, Elsmere, Walton,
Union, Atwood, Richwood, Bank Lick, Ricedale, White Tower, and
Verona.

WASHINGTON - The U.S. Department of State on August 1 advised Americans currently in the Middle East to exercise caution and heightened vigilance and to prepare for flight cancellations, periodic airspace closures, and potential travel disruptions.
