and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring.

- At 854 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain had fallen
due to thunderstorms. Flooding is ongoing or expected to
begin shortly in the warned area. Up to 4 inches of rain have
fallen.
- Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Muncie, Anderson, Alexandria, Winchester, Yorktown,
Pendleton, Chesterfield, Ingalls, Edgewood, Daleville, Parker
