* IMPACTS...Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks. Flooding
may occur in poor drainage and urban areas. Slow moving or standing
water may continue. High water may only slowly recede from flooded
areas.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 1133 PM CDT, gauges on area creeks, streams, and rivers
indicated ongoing flooding from earlier excessive rainfall in the
warned area.
- Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Hammond, Gary, Tinley Park, Calumet City, Chicago Heights, East
Chicago, Lansing, Oak Forest, Harvey, Highland, Munster, Dolton,
Park Forest, Homewood, Matteson, Mokena, Frankfort, Steger, and
South Holland.
