* IMPACTS...Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks. Roads and
streets may be flooded. Slow-moving or standing water may continue.
High water may recede slowly from flooded areas.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 1057 PM EDT, the public reported that roads and yards in and
near Otterbein were flooded after earlier heavy rainfall. Up to
5.5 inches of rain have fallen since 400 PM EDT.
