* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues.
* WHERE...A portion of east central New York, including the
following counties, Columbia, Greene and Ulster.
* WHEN...Until 1000 AM EDT.
* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying
and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. Numerous roads
remain closed due to flooding. It will take several hours for all
the water from these storms to work through local drainage systems
in urban areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 548 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain. Flooding
is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the warned area.
Between 5 and 9 inches of rain have fallen.
- Additional rainfall amounts up to 0.2 inches are possible in
the warned area.

Hudson, Catskill, Saugerties, New Baltimore, Coxsackie,
Athens, Saugerties South, Cairo, Veteran, Stuyvesant,
Germantown, Centerville, Leeds, Jefferson Heights,
Cauterskill, South Cairo, Cairo Junction, Hamburg Light,
Limestreet and Kiskatom.
