EFFECT UNTIL 10 PM MDT THIS EVENING FOR EAST CENTRAL CUSTER AND WEST
CENTRAL PUEBLO COUNTIES...
At 751 PM MDT, At 7:47 pm, the widespread heavy rain has moved east
of the Aspen Acres burn scar. However, small showers with heavy rain
were moving across the burn scar area. Damage in Beulah has been
reported as significant and photos show homes flooded, with the water
halfway up to the roof. Cars were halfway submerged in mud and water.
FLASH FLOOD EMERGENCY for The northern and central part of the
Aspen burn scar, including Beulah. This is a PARTICULARLY DANGEROUS
SITUATION. SEEK HIGHER GROUND NOW!
HAZARD...Life threatening flash flooding. Thunderstorms producing
flash flooding in and around the Aspen Acres Burn Scar.

and Northcreek Road from Red Mountain Camp to Beulah.
