* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.

* WHERE...East Central Delaware County in central New York...

* WHEN...Until 200 PM EDT Wednesday.

* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying
and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. Streams
continue to rise due to excess runoff from earlier rainfall.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 750 AM EDT, Doppler radar estimates between 2 and 4 inches of
rain fell Tuesday through last night, with locally higher
amounts. While additional rainfall today will be much lighter,
flooding is already occurring in the warned area from the earlier
heavy rain.
- The East Branch Delaware at Margaretville and Bush Kill Near
Arkville are steadily rising and are expected to reach minor
flood stage by later this morning or early afternoon.
- Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Margaretville, Fleischmanns, Arkville, Dunraven, Halcottsville,
Big Pond Campsite and Little Pond Campground.
