* IMPACTS...At 14.0 feet, Moderate flood stage. Water overflows onto
Main Street or NY State Route 23.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 10:00 AM EDT Wednesday the stage was 12.4 feet.
- Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 14.5
feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage this
evening.
- Flood stage is 12.0 feet.
