* IMPACTS...At 10.0 feet, Minor flooding of lowland agricultural
areas begins along the river.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 8:00 PM EDT Tuesday the stage was 9.2 feet.
- Bankfull stage is 10.0 feet.
- Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage this
evening to a crest of 10.4 feet late this evening. It will then
fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight.
