South Central Northampton County in eastern Pennsylvania...
West Central Bucks County in southeastern Pennsylvania...

* Until midnight EDT tonight.

* At 1053 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated earlier thunderstorms
produced heavy rain across the warned area. Between 3 and 5 inches
of rain have fallen. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to
begin shortly.

HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.

SOURCE...Radar.

IMPACT...Flooding of small creeks and streams, urban areas,
highways, streets, and underpasses as well as other
drainage and low lying areas.

* Some locations that may experience flash flooding include...
Allentown, Bethlehem, Emmaus, Quakertown, Zionsville, Lehigh
University, Ancient Oaks, Fountain Hill, Macungie, Coopersburg,
Alburtis and Richlandtown.

This includes the following highways...
Northeast Extension between mile markers 40 and 55.
Interstate 78 in Pennsylvania between mile markers 56 and 63...and
between mile markers 65 and 66.
