* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying
and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 333 PM EDT, Emergency management reported flooded roadways
earlier in some areas, and lingering water issues could persist
through the late afternoon. Between 1 and 3.5 inches of rain have
fallen.
- Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Tyrone, Bellwood, Tipton, Spruce Creek, Birmingham, Sinking
Valley, Franklinville, Petersburg, Alexandria and Delgrosso's
Amusement Park.
