The Flood Warning will expire at 115 PM EDT this afternoon for a
portion of central Pennsylvania, including the following areas,
McKean, Potter and Warren.
The heavy rain has ended. Flood waters are receding. Flooding is no
longer expected to pose a threat. Please continue to heed remaining
road closures.
