At 352 PM MDT, local law enforcement reported Significant flash
flooding in southern Fremont county in the Copper Gulch road area.
Although the rain has ended in southern Fremont county, dangerous
flash flooding conditions were occurring.

HAZARD...Life threatening flash flooding. Thunderstorms producing
flash flooding.

IMPACT...Life threatening flash flooding of creeks and streams.
