The National Weather Service in Tucson has issued a
* Flash Flood Warning for...
South Central Pima County in southeastern Arizona...
* Until 845 PM MST.
* At 640 PM MST, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing
between 1.00 and 1.50 inches of heavy rain along and near both
Highway 286 and Arivaca Roads in south central Pima county. Flash
flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly, especially along
roadway dips and normally dry wases that drain into Arivaca Creek
and the Puertocito and Altar Washes.
HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, urban areas,
highways, streets and underpasses as well as other poor
drainage and low-lying areas.

Arivaca, Sasabe and Arivaca Lake.
