NWS / NOAA weather: Tornado Warning issued July 27 at 3:27PM CDT until July 27 at 4:00PM CDT by NWS Chicago IL

At 327 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado
was located near Shorewood, or near Plainfield, moving south at 25
mph.

HAZARD...Tornado and ping pong ball size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation.

IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without
shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. Damage
to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur. Tree damage is
likely.

Joliet, Minooka, and Shorewood around 330 PM CDT.
