NWS / NOAA weather: Flash Flood Warning issued July 24 at 3:30PM MDT until July 24 at 5:15PM MDT by NWS Albuquerque NM

At 330 PM MDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing heavy
rain over the northern fringe of the Hermits Peak Calf Canyon Burn
Scar near Chacon. Between 0.75 and 1.5 inches of rain have fallen.
Additional rainfall amounts of up to 0.25 inches are possible in the
warned area. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly.

HAZARD...Life threatening flash flooding. Thunderstorms producing
flash flooding in and around the Hermits Peak Calf Canyon
Burn Scar.
