The National Weather Service in Phoenix has extended the
* Flash Flood Warning for...
Gila County in east central Arizona...
* Until 915 PM MST.
* At 724 PM MST, gauge reports indicated earlier thunderstorms
produced heavy rain over Pinal Creek and Pinto Creek. Floodwater
continues to flow northward within both of these creeks, leading to
measured 4-7 foot rises. Between 1 and 2.5 inches of rain have
fallen. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly.
HAZARD...Life threatening flash flooding. Thunderstorms producing
flash flooding.
