NWS / NOAA weather: Tornado Warning issued July 21 at 3:59PM EDT until July 21 at 4:30PM EDT by NWS Charleston WV

At 358 PM EDT, a large and extremely dangerous tornado was located 7
miles west of Sistersville, or 12 miles south of Woodsfield, moving
east at 25 mph.

This is a PARTICULARLY DANGEROUS SITUATION. TAKE COVER NOW!

HAZARD...Damaging tornado.

SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation.

IMPACT...You are in a life-threatening situation. Flying debris may
be deadly to those caught without shelter. Mobile homes
will be destroyed. Considerable damage to homes,
businesses, and vehicles is likely and complete destruction
is possible.

Sistersville around 405 PM EDT.
Middlebourne around 410 PM EDT.
