NWS / NOAA weather: Tornado Warning issued July 20 at 7:04PM EDT until July 20 at 7:45PM EDT by NWS Marquette MI

At 702 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado
was located near Rapid River, or 14 miles north of Escanaba, moving
east at 35 mph.

HAZARD...Tornado and baseball size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation. At 654, baseball size hail was
reported 15 miles north of Rapid River.

IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without
shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. Damage
to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur. Tree damage is
likely.

Rapid River around 705 PM EDT.

Other locations impacted by this tornadic thunderstorm include
Maplewood, Brampton, Ensign, and Perkins.
