NWS / NOAA weather: Flash Flood Warning issued July 18 at 9:20PM CDT until July 18 at 11:45PM CDT by NWS Midland/Odessa TX

At 920 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing heavy
rain across the warned area. Between 1.5 and 3 inches of rain have
fallen. Additional rainfall amounts up to 1 inch are possible in the
warned area. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly.

HAZARD...Life threatening flash flooding. Thunderstorms producing
flash flooding.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Life threatening flash flooding of creeks and streams, urban
areas, highways, streets and underpasses.

Some locations that will experience flash flooding include...
Coahoma, J B Thomas Reservoir, Luther, Westbrook, Vincent,
Cuthbert, Knapp and Ira.
