NWS / NOAA weather: Flash Flood Warning issued July 18 at 5:43PM MDT until July 18 at 8:00PM MDT by NWS Midland/Odessa TX

At 543 PM MDT, emergency management reported flash flooding in Tatum,
at the intersection of highways 206 and 380. The expected rainfall
rate is 1 to 2 inches in 1 hour. Additional rainfall amounts up to 1
inch are possible in the warned area.

HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.

SOURCE...Emergency management reported.

IMPACT...Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, urban areas,
highways, streets and underpasses as well as other poor
drainage and low-lying areas.

Some locations that will experience flash flooding include...
Tatum, McDonald, Tatum Airport and Gladiola.
