* Until 615 PM EDT.

* At 314 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing
heavy rain across the warned area. The Frederick County 911 Center
reported high water on numerous roads in the area.

HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.

areas, highways, streets and underpasses as well as
other poor drainage and low-lying areas.
