...The Flood Warning is extended for the following rivers in Texas...

Llano River at Llano affecting Llano County.

* WHAT...Moderate flooding is occurring and moderate flooding is
forecast.

* WHERE...Llano River at Llano.

* WHEN...Until early Sunday morning.

* IMPACTS...At 20.0 feet, Flow will be damaging to docks and boats
downstream in Kingsland. The lowest secondary roads and bridges
will be severely flooded and dangerous. Near the USGS 1:5 year
flood level.
At 23.0 feet, Major lowland flooding makes primary and secondary
roads and low bridges near the river and tributaries dangerous.
Boats and docks are severely inundated downstream near and in
Kingsland. Lowest resorts near the Llano River mouth in Kingsland
flood.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 8:00 AM CDT Friday the stage was 17.4 feet.
- Bankfull stage is 10.0 feet.
- Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours
ending at 8:00 AM CDT Friday was 18.6 feet.
- Forecast...The river is expected to make a secondary rise to
21.9 feet after midnight tonight before slowly falling below
flood stage by tomorrow afternoon.
- Flood stage is 10.0 feet.
- Flood History...This crest compares to a previous crest of
22.1 feet on 11/17/2004.
