NWS / NOAA weather: Flash Flood Warning issued July 17 at 3:55PM MDT until July 17 at 5:15PM MDT by NWS Billings MT

At 355 PM MDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing heavy
rain across the warned area. Between 1.5 and 2.5 inches of rain have
fallen. Additional rainfall amounts up to 0.5 inches are possible in
the warned area. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin
shortly.

HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, including the
Boulder River south of Mc Leod, as well as other poor
drainage and low-lying areas.

Some locations that will experience flash flooding include...
Mainly rural areas of Central Park and West Central Sweet Grass
Counties.
