* At 1159 PM MST, National Weather Service Flagstaff doppler radar
indicated a cluster of thunderstorms producing heavy rain from
Payson southward to near Jakes Corner. Flash flooding is ongoing or
expected to begin shortly.
HAZARD...Life threatening flash flooding. Thunderstorms producing
flash flooding.

IMPACT...Life threatening flash flooding of creeks and streams,
normally dry washes, urban areas, highways, streets and
underpasses.
