Guadalupe River at Hunt affecting Kerr County.

* WHAT...Moderate flooding is occurring and moderate flooding is
forecast.

* WHERE...Guadalupe River at Kerrville.

* WHEN...Until late tonight.

* IMPACTS...At 17.0 feet, Flow reaches the first floor of a resort
and restaurant upstream left bank. Near the USGS 1:10 year flood.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 7:50 AM CDT Thursday the stage was 13.0 feet.
- Bankfull stage is 7.0 feet.
- Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours
ending at 7:50 AM CDT Thursday was 17.0 feet.
- Forecast...The river will rise to 17.3 feet late this
morning. It will then fall below flood stage late this
afternoon.
- Flood stage is 9.0 feet.
- Flood History...This crest compares to a previous crest of
17.7 feet on 10/28/1996.
