* IMPACTS...At 17.0 feet, Flow reaches the first floor of a resort
and restuarant upstream left bank. Near the USGS 1:10 year flood.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 2:20 AM CDT Thursday the stage was 8.8 feet.
- Bankfull stage is 7.0 feet.
- Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 15.3
feet early this morning. It will then fall below flood stage
early this morning.
- Flood stage is 9.0 feet.
- Flood History...This crest compares to a previous crest of
15.2 feet on 05/25/2007.
