* IMPACTS...At 9.0 feet, Flow is over the right bank with no
significant damage.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 2:05 AM CDT Thursday the stage was 7.6 feet.
- Bankfull stage is 7.0 feet.
- Forecast...The river will rise above flood stage to 10.2 feet
early this morning. It will then fall below flood stage early
this morning to 2.9 feet late tomorrow morning. It will rise
to 3.0 feet late tomorrow morning. It will then fall again
and remain below flood stage.
- Flood stage is 9.0 feet.
