NWS / NOAA weather: Flash Flood Warning issued July 16 at 5:06PM CDT until July 16 at 7:00PM CDT by NWS Kansas City/Pleasant Hill MO

At 506 PM CDT, emergency management reported flash flooding east of
Pittsville. Thunderstorms are diminishing across the area, but
excessive runoff will continue to cause flooding for the next couple
of hours. Flash flooding is already occurring.

HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by heavy rain.

SOURCE...Emergency management reported.

IMPACT...Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, urban areas,
highways, streets and underpasses as well as other poor
drainage and low-lying areas.

Some locations that will experience flash flooding include...
Holden, Kingsville, Centerview and Pittsville.
