* At 335 PM CDT, the public reported flash flooding across the
warned area. Between 5 and 15 inches of rain have fallen earlier
today. Flash flooding continues.

HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by heavy rain.

IMPACT...Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, urban
areas, highways, streets and underpasses as well as
other poor drainage and low-lying areas.
