At 1246 PM CDT, emergency management reported flash flooding across
the warned area. Between 4 and 11 inches of rain have fallen.
Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 2 inches are possible in the
warned area. Flash flooding is already occurring. Hwy 90 was closed
between Brackettville and Uvalde. Evacuations reported in
Brackettville.
HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by heavy rain.

IMPACT...Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, urban areas,
highways, streets and underpasses as well as other poor
drainage and low-lying areas.

Brackettville, Spofford, La Pryor, Dabney, Anacacho, Washer,
Uvalde Estates, Darling, Alamo Village, Turkey Mountain and Fort
Clark Springs.
