Southeastern Bandera County in south central Texas...
Kendall County in south central Texas...
* Until 800 AM CDT Thursday.
* At 148 AM CDT, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated
heavy rain moving towards the warned area. Between 3 and 12 inches
of rain have fallen over the past 2 days. Additional rainfall
amounts up to 4 inches are possible in the warned area.
Significant flooding is already occurring and additional flash
flooding could be imminent with additional rainfall.
HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by heavy rain.
SOURCE...Radar and automated gauges.
IMPACT...Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, urban
areas, highways, streets and underpasses as well as
other poor drainage and low-lying areas.
