NWS / NOAA weather: Flash Flood Warning issued July 15 at 11:35PM MDT until July 16 at 1:30AM MDT by NWS Riverton WY

At 1135 PM MDT, Local law enforcement reported ongoing flash flooding
from recent thunderstorms along Buffalo Creek and Buffalo Creek Rd,
East Thermopolis and Kirby Creek toward Lucerne. Flash flooding is
already occurring.

HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.

SOURCE...Law enforcement reported.

IMPACT...Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, urban areas,
highways, streets and underpasses as well as other poor
drainage and low-lying areas.

Hot Springs State Park.

This includes the following streams and drainages...
Owl Creek, Twin Buttes Draw, Bighorn River, Kirby Creek, Middle
Fork Warm Springs Creek, Black Willow Draw, Buffalo Creek and Warm
Springs Creek.
