* IMPACTS...At 12.0 feet, Minor lowland flooding reaches secondary
and primary roads and low bridges.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 1:30 AM CDT Wednesday the stage was 5.8 feet.
- Bankfull stage is 10.0 feet.
- Forecast...The river will rise to 10.4 feet this morning and
later rise to above flood stage late this morning to 12.4
feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage late
this afternoon.
- Flood stage is 12.0 feet.
