NWS / NOAA weather: Flash Flood Warning issued July 15 at 8:56AM CDT until July 15 at 10:15AM CDT by NWS Little Rock AR

At 856 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing heavy
rain across the warned area. Between 3 and 5 inches of rain has
fallen this morning. Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 2 inches
are possible in the warned area. Flash flooding is expected in the
warned area.

HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.

IMPACT...Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, urban areas,
highways, streets and underpasses as well as other poor
drainage and low-lying areas.
