NWS / NOAA weather: Flash Flood Warning issued July 15 at 3:17PM MST until July 15 at 4:45PM MST by NWS Flagstaff AZ

At 317 PM MST, Doppler radar indicated that the heavy rainfall haded
ended over Tonto Wash. Between 1.5 and 2.5 inches of rain have fallen
from earlier rainfall. Flooding impacts will continue, but no
additional rainfall is expected. Flash flooding is ongoing or
expected to begin shortly.

HAZARD...Life threatening flash flooding. Thunderstorms producing
flash flooding.

SOURCE...Radar and automated gauges.

IMPACT...Life threatening flash flooding of creeks, streams, and
normally dry washes.

Some locations that will experience flash flooding include...
Mainly rural areas of Yavapai County along Tonto Wash north of
Skull Valley.

This includes the following creeks, washes and rivers...
Skull Valley Wash, Strickland Wash, Tonto Wash, Woolsey Wash and
Logan Wash.
