The National Weather Service in Salt Lake City has issued a

* Flash Flood Warning for...
West Central Kane County in southern Utah...
East Central Washington County in southwestern Utah...Specifically
for Zion National Park

* Until 615 PM MDT.

* At 312 PM MDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing
heavy rain in Zion National Park. The heaviest rainfall has been
over portions of the Subway, and the storm is just now entering
Zion Canyon. Between 0.25 and 0.5 inches of rain have fallen.
Additional rainfall amounts of 0.25 to 0.5 inches are possible in
the warned area. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin
shortly.

HAZARD...Life threatening flash flooding. Thunderstorms
producing flash flooding.
