NWS / NOAA weather: Flash Flood Warning issued July 14 at 7:39AM CDT until July 14 at 9:00AM CDT by NWS Midland/Odessa TX

At 739 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing heavy
rain across the warned area. Between 1.5 and 3 inches of rain have
fallen over much of the warned area. Additional rainfall amounts of 1
to 2 inches are possible. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to
begin shortly.

HAZARD...Life threatening flash flooding. Thunderstorms producing
flash flooding.

IMPACT...Life threatening flash flooding of creeks and streams, urban
areas, highways, streets and underpasses.
