The National Weather Service in Austin/San Antonio has issued a

* Flash Flood Warning for...
Medina County in south central Texas...

* Until midnight CDT tonight.

* At 356 PM CDT, emergency management reported widespread flooding
across the warned area. Between 4 and 10 inches of rain have
fallen. Flash flooding is ongoing. Numerous roads are underwater
and multiple water rescues have been reported.

HAZARD...Life threatening flash flooding. Thunderstorms
producing flash flooding.

SOURCE...Emergency management reported.

IMPACT...Life threatening flash flooding of creeks and streams,
urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses.

Hondo, Devine, Castroville, Natalia, Lacoste, New Fountain, Quihi,
Dunlay, D'Hanis, Bader, Biry, Yancey, Noonan, Rio Medina, Mico,
Pearson, Hill Country State Natural Area, Cliff, Government Canyon
State Natural Area and Lake Medina Shores.
